JSM Airport Services, LLC (a subsidiary of JSM & Associates, LLC) is seeking a professional, skilled individual as an Inventory Control Supervisor at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), located in Hebron, KY. This is a "hands-on" position that will be heavily involved in all aspects of controlling our customer’s spare parts inventory. The Inventory Control Supervisor is tasked to maintain an inventory of spare parts to enable our maintenance technicians to perform repairs. The Inventory Control Supervisor is charged with keeping inventory at a level where the maintenance operation can perform at maximum efficiency. Additionally, the Inventory Control Supervisor supports the operation’s maintenance technicians and other functions within the organization. The Inventory Control Supervisor has accountability for the performance of the team of parts clerks and will report to the Site Manager.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $24.00 (Dependent on Experience)

Essential Duties /Responsibilities:
Oversee the timely ordering, receiving, and controlling of all necessary parts for the repair of customer equipment
Supervise, direct, train and develop a team of Parts Clerks, providing daily direction
Manage parts inventory effectively and ensure proper control of all stock locations
Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized stock room
Prepare usage reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Schedule and coordinate quarterly physical inventory counts
Define and follow standard policies and procedures to ensure internal and Customer inventory reporting requirements are consistently met. Develop and document internal processes and workflows
Optimize inventory levels, establishing min/max levels and eliminating excess and obsolete
Identify and implement technology and tools to improve parts distribution/usage tracking
Perform periodic analysis and reports on usage, warranty, OEM/vendor analysis, etc.
Work collaboratively with JSM management and the customer to identify and implement strategic vendor relationships
Job Qualifications/Experience:
3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse management, or parts procurement
2 years of experience in supervising and managing staff
Strong working knowledge of Inventory Management / Control concepts and processes
Must be able to read and speak the English language fluently.
Experience with Inventory Control, MRP or ERP software applications required
Experience with Maximo CMMS software preferred
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues.
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly professional and dependable, Safety and customer service oriented
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and must be able to sit, send, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts
Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions
Must possess a valid driver license
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen, and possess a valid driver license
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required, preference to bachelor’s degree in related field, or combination of education and experience. Some post high school education or training preferred
This full-time, non-exempt position will be located on-site, at the Orlando International Airport. Our team works various schedules as this is a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week operation. The work week will be a schedule of 40 hours in total, with the shifts scheduled for either Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. Shift assignments are determined based on the requirements of the airport and the company, together with a technician's strengths, skill set, and experience. Our technicians are expected to be flexible with regards to potential changes in shift assignments. All shift assignments will include working on holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a drug screening, a drivers' license check and validation, federal fingerprinting, and security threat assessment, as well as airport security badging.
